What is the process by which & related costs for allowing customers to pay invoices online? see details below?
Our company already has a secure online system through which our customers can enter with a username and password unique and observe their bills open an invoice from the base of the invoice. We want to make the leap and allow our customers pay online (preferably via electronic control but also with credit cards important). It's my job to prepare the internal imbonimento to take this action following. The expect resistance (how much extra work so that their side & direct?) & Top administration (what are the skills / cost?). Any help, advice are greatly appreciated.
