How sdo I receive payments online when customers use their credit cards?

I recently opened an adult place in line. Paypal prohibits payments by the local adults, so I have to accept the accreditation and debit cards. Already I set the option debt to credit up on my place, so my question is, as I receive payments? From where will be? I have to bank on my Web site.
